Purdue's Bogdanova Earns Big Ten Player of the Week Honors

Natasha Bogdanova, Purdue In her collegiate debut, Bogdanova shot 9-of-12 (.750) from the field and 5-of-5 from the free throw line to score a game-high 23 points in 19 minutes against IPFW. The rookie from Toronto added four rebounds, including three on the offensive end, an assist, a blocked shot and two steals in the Boilermakers' season-opening 107-39 win over the Mastodons. Purdue's 107 points was the fifth-highest point total in school history, while the 68-point victory was the second-largest win in school history. This is the first career Big Ten Player of the Week selection for Bogdanova.
