Athlete of the Week

Shelaine Larson, Ohio State
SR, Ventura, Calif./Buena
Larson earns Athlete of the Week honors after tossing a career-best 191-3 (58.29m) in the hammer throw to win the event at the Florida Relays last weekend.  With the throw, the senior qualified for the NCAA Mideast Regional Championships in Bloomington, Ind., May 27-28.

This is Larson's second weekly accolade of her career as she also earned Athlete of the Week honors on February 22 during the indoor season.
